An original production background from the Hanna Barbera animated series, "Captain Caveman and the Teen Angels" (1977-1988). Featuring a plush armchair in the center of a beautiful room, the hand-painted background was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The piece represents an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the episode titled "The Scarifying Seaweed Secret" which aired on March 8, 1980. Measuring 10.25"x13.5" overall, with the image itself measuring 9.75"x13.5", the background is in very good condition with minor handling wear.
